It seems that everyone I speak to has their own secret ingredient that makes \u2018their\u2019 chilli special.  If I\u2019m feeling decedent, I sometimes as a little chorizo.  I\u2019ve heard that a bit of chocolate works well, but I\u2019ve never been brave enough to add enough to taste it particularly. So my question to you is: what ingredient do you put in your chilli to make it special?
