The new series of Great British Menu starts tonight.  I love this show – really interesting to see regional ingredients and some top-class cooking, but also a chance to see some very good chefs who aren’t all celebrities yet.  We’ve been to a few places off the back of it – check them out before they become famous and you can still get a table!
