I’ve decided to write a blog. Why? Well, I’m in to technology – I work with every day in my day job. A also have a passion – for food. So since a food blog lets me marry these two interests, I figured why not!
I’m planning to include some details of some of the dishes I make (with the hope that it will give inspiration in the same way that recipes on the Internet give me inspiration), talk about eateries and producers I come across, and mention anything else I see or hear that might be of interest to fellow foodies.
I hope you find it useful – comment and let me know!

There will need to be photos too…. you can’t have food without photos
I’ll start taking photos – when I think my dishes are presentable 😉
Hi Phil
As you’re in the BIG apple, you have to pay a visit to the Ninth Avenue International Food Festival & Street Fair.
It’s from May 15-16, 2010 9:30 am – 6:30 pm on 9th Avenue from 37th Street to 57th Street.
I’m over in NY this weekend too and as researcher of the fantastic food show Saturday Kitchen, I feel it’s only right that I head on over to this event too, purely for research you understand….. I’ve been told to expect alligator, shark, lobster, shrimp, and catfish nuggets!

Hi Phil
Its Rich here. We worked at Circle & created a site for JMC http://www.jmc-consulting.co.uk/submit-cv.aspx
Can you help?
They are having problems with the CV upload facility. If you try it, you will see it says there is a problem. Can you advise how much it would cost to fix?
Thanks
Hope alls well.
